Micha Mims, a native of Cedar Rapids, IA, is a visionary leader who has combined her passion for culture and development to drive positive change within organizations. With a diverse background spanning collegiate athletics, coaching, business, and leadership, Micha brings a unique perspective and wealth of experience to her role as VP of Culture & Engagement.
With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Business Marketing, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Leadership Concentration, Micha has bottled up her knowledge and expertise to help organizations cultivate inclusive cultures with invaluable insights into team dynamics, leadership development, and culture and engagement.
As a Certified Diversity Professional at the Government Employees Health Association (GEHA), Micha is deeply committed to guiding organizations, providing a safe space for introspection and growth. She empowers teams to look inward, leveraging her expertise in Team Building, Leadership Development, and Culture & Engagement to foster environments where every individual feels valued and included.
